  Would love it if they would step up theIr communication game. Horrible communication with me as a property owner. They changed the terms of the contract for the new... read more tenants making it so I pay some of the utilities. This wouldn't have been a problem if they would have communicated it with me. Now I have late fees and an unpaid utility because I was never informed. Then, not until I looked at my owner statement did I realize I now also pay a monthly fee for an HVAC company, but they also charge the exiting tenants a fee for cleaning the air ducts. Is this double dipping? Sure seems like it. Again, maybe not but it wouldn't be so much of a problem if they would have communicated any of this with me before they moved forward with any of these decisions. They did make me pay a handyman to come do some minor household repairs that cost me over $500... which doesn't seem minor or was just overpriced. Craig promised to contact me about all of this, but, again, nothing. Searching for a new company...
