If you are unsure about who to use in the office but it was recommended to you, I recommend realtor Tom Kreifeldt. He will out hustle any other realtor and he knows everyone in the game.

Action Team Realty helped make our first-time home purchase a smooth process. Craig is an awesome realtor. He listened well, sincerely cared about our needs, and had the knowledge to help us find what we were looking for. We found a home we loved, and Craig helped negotiate a price that was better than what we expected! Would highly recommend!

As a young family, we have rented through several management companies throughout Utah County in the last 10 years. NONE can even begin to compare to Action Team! I honestly don't want to ever rent through anyone else.
They are personable, in person and through other communication. They remember your name and your story.
When we had a leak under our kitchen sink (over Christmas), they sent someone out ASAP to fix it! I was amazed at the response time over a holiday! Not only did they fix the problem, but they got us a new faucet that was even better than the one before. No quick or cheap fixes here. They want to keep up the quality of the condo!
After having such bad experience with other management companies, Action Team is a breath of fresh air. They care about the tenants and actually don't want you to be tenants longer than you have to be (They want to help get you into your own home!). Craig has given us some awesome advice of what we need to do to get into a house as soon as we financially can.
So to Craig, Mary, and the rest of the Action Team Realty team- you are all amazing!
