First with the sell of our... read more home. Craig came over to see our home and talk about what he does. There was no pressure from him to use his services. He gave us a plan of what would happen if we used him and he followed through on everything he said. I was especially happy that he had an interior decorator stop by to help us stage our home. Also the photos he used for our listing were done by a pro and really made our home look great. I'd seen so many awful listings so I was glad we had one of the better ones out there. We had multiple offers and Craig helped us determine the best one.

After we were under contract Craig helped us look for a new home. He worked around my schedule and my wife's schedule to make it work. He would always point out pro's and con's of a home, things that we would never consider. These things really helped us to objectively look at each home. When we finally found the right place he was excellent to negotiate with some sellers that weren't easy to deal with. In the end we got the home we wanted and are very happy.

To sum it up I will use Craig in the future and will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor. Craig and his team are knowledgeable and on the ball; they followed through on everything they said they would do. He was easy to work with and great about helping us objectively look at things and letting us know what to expect. I'm really glad we found him; he made a stressful experience easy for us.
