Originally we were referred threw a family member, but having been with them for 9 years now I wouldn't... read more recommend going with a single realtor without backup! Buying a home can be way confusing and a single realtor cant cut it by a long shot. They have each other to fall back on for info and sitting in on signings and such, so when life does happen, it happens at your pace, as was in our case. They actually found us a better rate though our own institution.
As for working with Tom! That man's understating of the current housing market as well as coming real estate trends is Staggering! For every stupid question I had on a walk threw, He had 10 really awesome Q's to go with!
